The foundation work seemed to take forever, stretching from October when we broke ground, until January when we installed the heating coils and finally poured the slab. After that, things really took off. The framing crew arrived two days after we had poured the foundation and they had the first wall up within about one-half hour. And that they never lost momentum! Within two weeks, much of the house was framed.
